Most pieces are made to order and take 6–10 weeks, depending on the item and finish. We confirm the estimated lead time in writing before your order begins, and keep you updated at each stage.
Yes. We welcome international enquiries and can arrange door-to-door shipping with our specialist freight partners. Duties and local taxes are quoted separately.
Absolutely. We send oak, linen and stoneware samples on request so you can see how they sit in your own light. There is a small shipping contribution for samples, credited against your order.
Yes. We offer trade pricing, CAD files, finish samples and project support for residential and hospitality work. Choose “Trade / interior design” in the form and we will send our trade pack.
Because many pieces are made to order, returns are considered case by case. If something is not right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it. Made-to-measure and custom pieces are final sale.
